Guidelines Management and Cooperation
Preamble
The Guide to Management and Cooperation is a major element of corporate culture at HELM. It is integrated into the defined Corporate Guidelines and is thus the basis for action and decision making at all levels.
This guide is the result of joint work by management staff and their co-workers from a variety of units and levels. It was compiled in recognition
of the fact that the sustainable success of HELM cannot be guaranteed unless the company is competently managed, service to customers and suppliers
is performed with convincing efficiency and employees are included in the decision-making processes related to their responsibilities.
For that reason we need a culture of corporate governance, which includes all employees and to which they may
contribute their knowledge and skills, displaying their creativity and self-confidence, to share responsibility for the success of all.
For everyone in the company, this guide to corporate governance offers orientation and contains an obligation. So that these ideas come alive, critical feedback and constructive argument are needed in the context of daily work.
