Training
HELM AG offers excellent prospects for people starting out on their professional career. Suitably qualified young people are required in the foreign trade sectors and for IT-Services and office communication. The entry requirement is matriculation "Abitur" or a good baccalaureate of a vocational college.
To learn all the basics, the apprentices spend time in each sector of the company. The Training Centre provides a training exercise during which all types of tasks required within the company, from assistant to department manager, can be practised. The development of personal responsibility and team spirit are major objectives and practical training is given to help apprentices learn how to handle business risks.
