Flexible working hours

Marcus Haase is an IT specialist at HELM AG and a family man. Thanks to flexitime, he can adjust his private and working life to current needs from time to time. Is it to be a children’s football tournament or an internal company meeting? He can decide what is more important at any given moment.

The weekly working time at HELM amounts to just under forty hours. The maximum time window for Marcus Haase’s working hours is between 7 a.m. and 7 p.m. “However, I can also start at 9 a.m. and then go home later, or I can start earlier and call it a day at 4 p.m.”

The only prerequisite for the use of flexitime is that the IT specialist must have made arrangements beforehand with his colleagues to ensure that each department can be contacted all day.

“Working times are not clocked in the Company”

There is no time clock system of the kind in use at other companies. “This is how you can tell that HELM AG truly is a family enterprise! Priority is assigned to the level of trust in me and my work.”
