HELM AG Divests European Plant Protection Assets to CAC Nantong Chemical Co., LTD

HELM AG (“HELM”) and CAC Nantong Chemical Co., LTD (“CAC”) expand their global strategic partnership. From 1^st of July onwards CAC´s affiliate, CAC Chemical GmbH will take over the registrations and rights for the classic chemical plant protection portfolio of HELM in Europe.

CAC will serve the market via their Europe-based distribution partner “ONE” starting its business from 1^st July. The aim of CAC and ONE is to continue the professional and trustful relationships HELM has developed over the last years with its valued partners in distribution, retail and farming.

HELM will supply the European market with classic plant protection products until the end of June 2025. A transition period towards the new Distributor ONE with the known quality of services will be ensured by HELM and CAC.

The divest is in line with the evolution of the HELM strategy to service the market with innovative solutions. In the future, the HELM Crop Solution business in Europe will focus on three main segments: Crop Nutrition, Digital Solutions and the newly designed portfolio of HELM Plant Advantage®, consisting of products addressing “Soil Health”, “Crop Development” and “Crop Defense”.
HELM will continue to expand its presence in the European market and will launch innovative products under the new portfolio line of HELM Plant Advantage®. A dedicated sales team, able to service the market with value-based solutions, will focus on addressing farmers' needs in modern agriculture with the well-known quality of service and functions.
