Data protection statement
We take the need to protect personal data very seriously. For this reason, protecting customer data and using such data only in a manner expected from us by our customers enjoys top priority; after all, the trust of our customers is our greatest asset. Accordingly, it is a matter of course for us to be in compliance with the statutory provisions relating to data protection pursuant to Section 5 of the German Federal Data Protection Act (BDSG).

Such persons, if employed by non-public entities, are to be committed to data secrecy when taking up their activities. Data secrecy must also be maintained beyond the end of their activities.
Collecting and processing personal data

Right to access and correction / revocation
You are entitled to review, correct and revoke your data in storage with us or to have the data deleted. To do so, simply send an e-mail message to our Data Protection Officer.
We will only keep personal data conveyed to us via our website until the purpose has been fulfilled for which the data were entrusted to us. To the extent that any commercial or tax-related mandatory retention periods are to be observed, the storage duration for certain data can amount to up to ten years.
When you visit our website, non-person-related information is collected automatically in order to assess and evaluate the attractiveness of our website and to constantly further optimise our Internet presence. This information includes data on the Internet browser used, the domain name of the website from which you visit our pages, the number of visits, average visit periods and pages opened.
