You may be concerned about the impact of the COVID-19 virus on business matters. The intent of this letter is to share what actions HELM is already taking.

HELM has set up an internal Steering Committee, which is continuously daily reviewing the situation to assess what is required and possible to best manage the risks to our staff, our suppliers, customers and our service providers.
Right now, we are happy to share that our operations are running as per normal and our supply chains and customer services are being managed in the best possible way according to the circumstances.
HELM has taken some general measures to manage this issue on a global, regional as well as local scale, which is reflected in particular by:
- Dedicated communication and information channels
- A complete travel ban for business trips
- Specific internal procedures & rules to be followed
- The application of good hygiene practices and government measures
Rest assured that the HELM Group has implemented the necessary measures via its business continuity plan through 3 areas:
- Limiting the risks of propagation
By strictly applying to all measures recommended by public authorities and keeping as many people in Home Office as possible
- Ensuring continuity of service in all circumstances and without interruption
Technical and organizational measures have been deployed or reinforced to enable all employees to access the tools necessary for their activity, particularly from home office.
- Strengthening communication in the Supply Chain
Because each participant in the Supply Chain has put in place specific measures, we have strengthened our communication with all our partners to understand the measures and readjust accordingly (product suppliers as well as logistics service providers and customers).
They are currently making every effort to ensure quality of service.
Moreover, each product has its own supply chain, so the impact differs from one product to another. In this context, each product manager in our Head Quarter or in our HELM Companies centralizes, anticipates and communicates as soon as possible on this issue.
As a result, your usual privileged contacts will inform you as soon as possible if the evolution of the situation should create problems and thus offer you the most appropriate solutions.
