Butyl Acetate is a solvent mainly used for paint and varnishes as well as resins. It is also used in nail polish and as an ingredient for perfumes.

Description

Butyl Acetate is produced by esterification of Acetic Acid and Butanol under use of a catalyst. The versatility and good availability make Butyl Acetate one of the most common solvents with a large number of consumers. HELM offers its customers local contacts and secure supply from several sources.

Examples of applications
