Ammonia is a raw material in the production of many nitrogen based fertilizers. It is also a building block for many chemicals, synthetic fibres, explosives and cleaners.

Ammonium nitrate (AN) contains 50 % nitric nitrogen, which allows the plant to absorb the nitrogen fast and efficiently.

Ammonium phosphates are fertilizers containing mainly nitrogen and phosphate. The most commonly used NP-fertilizers are NP 20-20-0, NP16-20-0, NP 14-34.

Ammonium sulphate provides the plant with nitrogen and sulphur at the same time, and due to that enables the plant to have a very high growth and yield.

Calcium ammonium nitrate is a white, grey or brown fertilizer which supplies the plants with nitrogen.

Mono ammonium phosphate or MAP is used as a complex fertilizer containing nitrogen (11%) and phosphate (52%). Due to its composition it is also called 11-52-0.

Muriate of potash (MOP) is most commonly called potash or potassium chloride (KCL).Potassium's largest application is as fertilizer, where it is the third largest crop nutrient group, next to nitrogen and phosphorous.

Complex fertilizers are multi-nutrient made of nitrogen (N), phosphates (P) and potassium (K). The individual composition is taylor made to best meet crop demands and contents for example minerals and trace elements.

Phosphoric acid is required as a feedstock for the production of various phosphate fertilizers and for use in technical applications. In highly concentrated form, it is also used as a preservative in foodstuffs and animal feeds.

Potassium sulphate (SOP) is next to potassium chloride the most common potassium nutrient used in crop nutrition.
